Cannabis Use in Epilepsy


While it's been some time since my last post here, this blog has been on hold during the busy years of  residency. I could not be happier with my specialty, location and people I get to work with every day. Showcased in the video above is my residency program director, Dr. Thomas Minahan, spreading a message that is personal to his family. I will forever be grateful for the opportunity I have been given and his mentor-ship in my education. In an effort to spread the word about cannabis use in epilepsy, its effects and the lack of research, I am sharing his video in hopes of contributing to his cause.

    NBME issues, might want to look at this interesting case. Found a review on Avvo:
    Mr. Bob Bennett is a true professional. He was courteous and in tune of the outcome that I (the client) wanted. He quickly took over the case emailing the USMLE secretariat and letting them know that I was know represented. He helped me with the letter to the committee and preparing the speech all the way to actual delivery and the presentation of it according to my demeanor. Mr. Bennett gave the winning news of the NBME withdrawing their allegations to me by a personal phone call congratulating me. He was with me from beginning to end each process of the way. But the most important aspect of Mr. Bennett's character is that he always makes him self available to speak at all times. Mr. Bennett is the only attorney I trust to handle complicated licensing board matters.
